Monarch Swimmers compete at Sectionals

The Monarchs swim team competed at the Sectionals meet this past weekend at Upper Arlington High School.  The girls competed on Saturday while the boys had their meet on Sunday.  It was a tremendous showing for our team as 39 out of 48 swims ended in best times.  That’s a huge percentage of our team

The Marysville Girls Swim team narrowly pulled out a win over Hilliard Davidson on Sunday, Jan. 24th at the Hilliard YMCA.  Marysville Girls scored 87 points to HDAV’s 80. Swim Team faced tough schedule – 3 Meets in 5 days!

The Marysville Monarchs swim team had 3 meets in 5 days.  It was a whirlwind but ultimately the Girls team came out on top winning all 3 meets!  The Boys team had a great showing and dominated in 2 meets and narrowly missed out on winning the 3rd. On Friday, Jan 15th we competed in

First Virtual Swim Meet equals Victory for both Boys and Girls Teams

Marysville Swim Team had its first meet of the season, a Virtual meet against Bellefontaine.  They swam at their pool with an official and we swam at ours with one as well. After the events were over the results were combined electronically.  It’s definitely different than we are used to but way better than nothing!

Monarch Swimmers Advance to Districts

The Girls & Boys Monarchs Swim Teams attended Sectionals at Upper Arlington on Saturday, February 8th.  The girls started the meet early in the morning and led the charge with 60% best times overall.  The girls team placed 4th out of 12 teams in attendance. Monarchs Swim Team Hosted Quad Meet

Marysville Monarchs Boys Swim Team won a Quad meet against Bellefontaine, Fairbanks, and North Union with 101 points to Bellefontaine’s 48, Fairbank’s 8, and North Union’s 5  They won 9 out of 11 events. Monarchs Swim Team falls to Worthington Kilbourne

The Marysville Monarchs Swim Team had a tough lost to Worthington Kilbourne last night, Tuesday Dec. 1st, at TWHS.  The Boys teams scored 63 points to WK’s 69.  Hank Luther pulled out individual wins in the 200 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke while Aron Moledor took top honors in the 500 Freestyle.  The medley relay team
